If you have subscribed via our app (i.e. with an in-app purchase) and have moved to a new device, then in order to view your purchases on your new device you will need to create an account (if you have not already done so) and login to the magazine app first BEFORE following the steps below.
If you are experiencing problems viewing your magazine issues and you are already logged into the app, then please follow the steps below to restore your in-app purchases to your device and refresh the app.
Firstly make sure you are logged into your iTunes / Google Play account on your device with the same Apple / Google ID that you used to sign up to a subscription with. If not, then Apple/Google will have no way to sync your purchases and your magazine issues will not show within the app.
On the home screen of the magazine app, tap the Settings icon in the right hand corner of the home screen
Tap “Restore All Purchases”
Your purchases should now appear in the My Library tab.
If they do not appear, then make sure you are logged into your account, and that you have logged into your account on all mobile apps where you made in-app purchases (if any).
