How To Restore Your Access /Purchases
If you are a mobile app subscriber and your purchases issues are not showing up, please follow the steps below to restore your purchases.
Make sure you are logged into the Photography Masterclass Magazine app (on all devices you are trying to access the magazine on). If you need help with how to login, please see this help article here. This is especially important if you have moved to a new mobile device, as your puchased issues will not show up across all devices if you are not logged in.
If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase, make sure you are logged into your Apple App Store / Google Play account on your mobile device with the same Apple / Google ID that you used to sign up to a subscription with. If not, then Apple/Google will have no way to sync your purchases and your magazine issues will not show within the app.
Restore Apple In-App Purchases
If you are an Apple subscriber, please follow steps 3 - 5. If you are not an Apple subscriber, please skip to step 6.
If you are an Apple subscriber, On the home screen of the magazine app, tap the Settings icon in the right hand corner of the home screen
Tap “Restore All Purchases”
Your purchases should now appear in the My Library tab.
If your purchased issues still do not appear then:
- Make sure you are logged into your account, and that you have logged into your account on all mobile apps where you made in-app purchases (if any).
- Try restarting your device.
- Try uninstalling and re-installing the app
