If you have subscribed via our app with an in-app purchase, then with the latest version of our apps, as an app subscriber, you can now access your subscription on any device with our web or mobile apps for Apple and Google Play.
In order to do this you need to have created an account by following the steps below.
Once you have an account, then you can access your subscription on all devices just by logging in to the web or mobile apps using your account. If you would like full instructions on how to login, please see our help article here.
How To Create An Account
Please note you only need to do this once. Once done, use your login details to access you account across all devices.
First make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. If not please update the app first.
Open the app
Tap on the Settings icon in the top right hand corner.
Tap “Create New Account”
On the “Create New Account” dialog box, enter your email address in the username field and enter a password of your choice. Then Tap Create and Login.
APPLE SUBSCRIBERS ONLY: please also complete Steps 05 – 07 (Android Users Do NOT Need to complete the steps below)
To restore your previous in-app purchases to your new account, tap on the Settings Icon again.
Tap “Restore All Purchases”.
Fully close (not just minimize) and re-open the app
Your new account is setup! You can now access your subscription on ANY device that you own, including through our magazine web app by using your newly created login details.
